All our jewelry are handmade in America, directly out of our production facility in New Jersey.
How is shipping determined and what does it cost?

Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.
How long will it take for me to receive my item?
Production takes 4-5 business days. Once the item ships, the tracking number will be emailed to you.
Delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 2-5 transit days
- Canada: 3-7 transit days
- Europe: 4-8 transit days
- Rest of the world: 6-10 transit days
What is your replacement/return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. If there is any type of irregularity that requires a replacement, you can send a picture to illustrate the concern to support@secretlovenotes.com. If a replacement is not possible, we may arrange for a refund. You may keep or dispose off the unwanted item.
Each item is made to order for every customer - and as such, we cannot accept general returns for items if they fall under the following categories:
- Change of mind
- Items ordered in error (including wrong quantity, design, or variant selected)
- Exchanges for alternative design, product or size
- Not as expected items
- Unwanted items
What if I picked the wrong size or color, can I change it?
Our production facility is automated for processing orders as fast as possible so that you get your order ASAP. Unfortunately, because of our automated process, any requests to change an order must be submitted before the item is processed (items will be processed within 1-24 hrs from the time of purchase. Once it is processed, it is going to go into production and we will no longer be able to edit the order.
What packaging will the items be delivered in?
We've worked hard to ensure we use great quality packaging designed to give you the best shopping experience.

Each item is placed inside a presentation box, which secures it during shipping.
Padded Mailer
Brown is boring, and white gets easily dirty in transit. So we've gone for laminated shiny envelopes to give you only the best!
